*How long does shipping take?
All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Time: 10-15 business days
a. Processing Time of the product is calculated from the time your order is verified, after which the order is just put into processing procedures.
b. Processing Time or delivery time of the product might be put off due to the delay of order verification, holidays or shortage of stock.
*Am I able to track my order?
Yes! Once you place your order, you will be sent a tracking number via email.
*An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out!
*Can I cancel my online order?
Yes. If the product is not made, you could cancel it by contacting us. However, we usually arrange the flowers within 24 hours so please do this as soon as possible.
*Can I return my order?

*What if my items arrived damaged or defective
We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please visit Contact Us and report the issue.
*How do I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, you will be refunded via the same payment method you used to pay for your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
*What can I do if the items take a long time to arrive?
Occasionally, a carrier will not scan a package when pickup or scan too early before it arrives at the final destination. A typical duration is usually about 15 business days. If it takes longer than that:
1. Check with members of your household, neighbors, doormen, and the front 2. desk to see if someone accepted delivery.
3. Look around your delivery area.
4. Carriers try to leave packages in safe locations.
5. Typical spots include under porches, under benches, back doors, and around garages.
6. Check your mailbox.
7. Look for an attempted delivery notice.
*My product isn't working properly. What shoud I do?

*Can I really use OTEYA products anywhere?
Well, we wouldn't recommend using your OTEYA products in certain conditions - like skydiving or riding a horse, for example. But it's perfect at home, office, gym, or anywhere you need a hair fix!
*How should I care for my OTEYA products?
We recommend always keeping it closed when not in use. Clean the iron and plates with a damp clean cloth when the iron is turned off and has cooled down.
*Do you have any store location?
We are an online only retailer. In order to keep our selection large, prices low, and service exceptional we do not have a store front where you can view our products.
*Can I pickup the items locally to avoid shipping cost?
No. Since we're an online store, our items are handled, packed and shipped at the warehouse. There will be no customer service or pickup hours at the warehouse.
